Buying
Is it safe to buy a second-hand ticket here?
Yes. You pay Gotgo, not the seller. Your money is held in escrow, the ticket is verified, and you receive a fresh QR code reissued by us. The seller's original ticket is voided so it can't be sold twice. If your ticket fails at the gate, you get a full refund.
What fees do I pay as a buyer?
An 8% buyer fee is added on top of the seller's price. It's shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges.
When do I get my ticket?
After payment we verify the ticket with the seller, usually within 24 hours. Your QR code then appears in My tickets and is emailed to you.
What if the event is cancelled?
You get a full refund automatically, including fees. If the event is postponed, your ticket stays valid for the new date, or you can relist it.
Why is the price different from face value?
Prices are set by sellers. Some sell below face value to recover part of their cost; in-demand shows may be priced higher. We show the official face value next to every listing so you can compare.
Selling
When do I get paid?
After the buyer's ticket scans successfully at the venue, your payout is transferred to your bank within 3 working days. This protects buyers and keeps the marketplace trustworthy.
How much does selling cost?
Listing is free. When your ticket sells, a 5% seller fee is deducted from your payout. Buyers separately pay an 8% buyer fee on top of your price.
What happens after I upload my ticket?
We verify it's genuine, then your listing goes live. When it sells, your original ticket is voided and the buyer receives a reissued QR. Never resell the same ticket elsewhere after listing.
Can I cancel my listing?
Yes, anytime before it sells. Once sold, the sale is final and the buyer is counting on you.
